OBDtool.Org is founded by fomer military reverse-engineer and located in Minsk, Belarus.
Our main stream since the year of 1999 has been the rebuilding of SUBARU engines and manual gear-boxes for sport applications.
Since the beginning of the year 2002 we have been producing various Auto-Diag Scanners, like UniScan Visa 1.83, OBD-II, BMW & Mercedes, ect.
Also we burn tuning-chips for limited models of turbo cars.
